What is a Stop Order? 

A stop order is an order to buy or sell a security once it reaches a specific price. 

 

Explanation: 

It is used to limit losses or to enter a market at a desired price. Practical 

 

Example of Stop Order:

 A trader places a stop order to sell a stock if its price falls to $45 to prevent further losses.
