Cancellation policy & Cancellation Form

Customers have the right to cancel their subscription within 14 days of the beginning of their initial subscription without providing any details by emailing us at clara@one-signal.com. This cancellation policy applies only to new subscriptions and not to renewals. If you cancel your subscription after 14 days, please keep in mind that we will refund the rest amount without the discount (10% for 6 months, 20% for one year).
